Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (wirdgemacht-franken, Züricher Straße 5, 90491 Nürnberg, Germany, WhatsApp: +49 162 6526690, email: wirdgemacht.franken@gmail.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested that the service should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

In the case of a contract for the provision of services, the right of withdrawal expires if we have fully performed the service and only started performing it after you gave your express consent and at the same time acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal once we have fully performed the contract.

In practice: if, at your express request, we carry out the installation before the 14 days have elapsed and the work is fully completed, withdrawal is no longer possible afterwards. We always obtain this consent in writing and point this out to you expressly at the time.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal for contracts

• not concluded at a distance or off business premises,
• for services where the customer acts as an entrepreneur within the meaning of § 14 BGB,
• for urgent repair or maintenance work for which you expressly requested our visit — the right of withdrawal does remain for any additional services provided during that visit that go beyond the request,
• for the supply of goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised.
